The GE Builder Service Hotline is a toll-free number designed for you, our builder customer. GE recognizes that builders like you face unique circumstances that often make setting up a service call challenging. Homes are unoccupied, job supervisors are seldom in one location for long periods of time, lot numbers are critical to capturing the location of the appliance. These are just a few of the reasons why GE developed this new toll-free service hotline for builders. When you need to schedule a service call, our goal is to make doing so quick and easy.

• Please have your GE account number available. This will enable us to easily identify you as a builder.
• Please have the complete model number and serial number of the appliance needing service. This will let our technicians know what critical parts may be needed, ensuring that the product receives the proper service right from the beginning. Get help finding your model and serial number
• Please have the correct address and lot number where service is required. This will ensure that the technician knows the exact location of the appliance requiring service.
• Please be prepared to provide two phone numbers for the person who will allow us access to the home. This will help us avoid any unnecessary delays.
