Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked prepared piecrust
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled or half cup of diced ham
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients well.

2. Pour into pie shell, cover well or place in a freezer bag and freeze.

3. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 375°F. Place quiche in oven and bake for 25–35 minutes.
