View a short video about resetting your dishwasher:
- A beeping sound indicating the dishwasher door was unlatched during the cycle. To correct this condition, close dishwasher door to resume cycle and the beep will turn off. This beep will be heard approximately once every 30 seconds.
- Blinking "Start/Reset" light. This indicates that the dishwasher has been reset and is in the process of turning off. This light will continue to blink for a time period between 75 to 90 seconds depending on the model.
- Other blinking lights or beeping sounds may indicate a problem with the dishwasher caused by power surges. To correct the problem, try pressing the "Start/Reset" pad to reset the dishwasher. If the problem persists, reset (reboot) the control by turning off the circuit breaker supplying the dishwasher for 30 seconds. Turn the circuit breaker back on and the dishwasher should function normally.
