1. Who is the provider and the administrator of the extended warranty?
In the fall of 2003, GE and Assurant Solutions, two of the leaders in the service contract industry, agreed to combine their resources in a strategic alliance. Depending on your state, an Assurant Solutions entity will act as obligor - either Federal Warranty Service corporation, Sureway, Inc., Massachusetts - General Electric Company, or American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida. GE Service Management, Inc., a subsidiary of GE, is the administrator. Service is provided by GE.

2. Can I get coverage on my products even if they are not made by GE?

Yes! Products from most major manufacturers are eligible for coverage. And your coverage is transferable anywhere in the continental United States and Hawaii.

3. Are all service costs covered, even if my products need major repairs?

Yes. When you purchase a GE extended warranty, it covers the cost of both parts and labor on all operating components that fail due to normal use.

4. Who will perform the service if repairs are needed?

Only GE authorized technicians will perform service when you own a GE extended warranty plan. These technicians are trained to ensure your satisfaction, and will use only quality replacement parts.

5. Is service available in my area?

Our service network extends nationwide. GE has more than 120 service centers and thousands more authorized service locations.

6. If I change my mind, can I cancel my extended warranty

7. What are my payment options
