In those 65 years, Appliance Park has seen its share of modifications and upgrades, including a facility-wide recycling program, onsite medical center and a fitness center, the Park Athletic Club, which is open to all employees.

The starting rate for Louisville Appliance Park Manufacturing Production Workers is $14 per hour. Full-time workers have the ability to advance to higher-level positions earning up to $17.54 an hour. Full-time & part-time 2nd and 3rd shift employees will receive a $0.50 per hour night shift bonus.
Full-time & part-time employees receive paid holidays, accrue as you go vacation, tuition reimbursement and employee discount program on first day of employment. In addition: access to an on-site wellness clinic, on-site athletic center, and employee assistance program.
Full-time employees are also eligible for medical, prescription drug, vision, dental care, health coaches and flexible spending account benefits on first day of employment.
