It's simply genius! The SmartDispense reservoir holds up to 47 fl. oz. of liquid dishwasher detergent, automatically dispensing just the right amount for every load.

Using the GE SmartDispense system is simple. Just remove the cap and fill the reservoir with liquid or gel automatic dishwasher detergent. That’s it! An LED on the control panel lights up red when only three to seven loads-worth of detergent is left in the reservoir.

For added flexibility, these dishwashers also have a standard detergent cup for powder detergent
