BACKORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
- SHIPMENT BACKORDERS Your order cannot be delivered until all items are available. If you would like to deliver available items now, please contact customer service approximately 30 minutes after order completion to allow for order processing. You can reach us by chat, email or phone.
- HOME DELIVERY BACKORDERS You will be notified by email when the product becomes available and will be assigned a delivery date.
- During this time, there may be extended delays on backordered products. Backorders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders are fulfilled in the order in the order in which they are received. You have the option to contact us at anytime during your wait to split-ship available items now, or cancel the order for a full refund by calling 800-430-1757.
- In some instances, we may be unable to fulfill your order with the model you've chosen. If this happens, we will advise you of an alternate model with similar features.
- PRODUCT PICKUP BACKORDERS Your order cannot be picked up until all items are available. Once the backorder product becomes available, you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.
