60 Day Return Policy

Return your Opal for any reason within 60 days after shipment and receive full credit when accompanied with proof of purchase.

You can relax because we'll cover the cost of shipping your product back to us.

How to Return or Exchange an Opal Ice Maker

Call 1-800-430-1757 Monday – Friday 8AM – 8PM EST; Saturday 9AM – 5PM EST You'll be sent a return authorization (RA) form and shipping label that you may use to ship your appliance back to us. Be sure to attach your RA number (form) on the returned item to ensure that you receive credit. Once the item has been received by GE Appliances, a credit will be issued or a replacement item will be shipped.
