A sprinkle of dry Buffalo seasoning on the outside gives you flavor inside and out! Using refrigerated pizza dough makes them easy, and air-frying makes them bake up a perfect golden brown. This recipe comes together in just 30 minutes! Serve warm with blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping (with some additional celery sticks) and you've got a great dinner or snack!

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the celery and green onion into the food processor. Cover and pulse on low until the vegetables are chopped. Add the chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce and chipotle chili. Cover and pulse on low until combined.

Sprinkle the work surface with the flour. Unroll the dough on the work surface. Press or roll the dough into an 18x12-inch square. Cut into six (6x6-inch) squares. Spoon about ½ cup chicken mixture in the center of each square. Fold the dough in half over the filling (we folded corner to corner to make triangles) and press the edges to seal.

Spray the air fry basket with the cooking spray. Place the hand pies into the basket (you may need to bake in 2 batches). Sprinkle with Buffalo seasoning.

Set oven mode to Air Fry at 400°F. for 10 minutes. Air-fry until golden brown. Serve with the blue cheese dressing on the side.
