Our recipe for these salty halloumi cheese with a crispy panko breadcrumb coating makes the only party snack you’ll need.

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds halloumi cheese, cut into large bite sized cubes about 1 ½”
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
2 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Marinara sauce for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
Toss the cubes of halloumi into the flour, shaking off the excess. Dip the cheese cubes into egg then coat in the Panko breadcrumbs.
Arrange breaded cheese cubes in a single layer on a dark-coated, non-stick baking sheet. Coat liberally with oil spray.
Air Fry at 425°F for 10 minutes, flip, cook 5 minutes more. Serve immediately with marinara dipping sauce.
