INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups whole milk ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for the bread
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
Flakey sea salt
Coarsely ground black pepper
Sliced crusty bread, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat GE Toaster Oven to 375 degrees.
Put the ricotta, olive oil, rosemary and a pinch of salt and pepper in the food processor. Whip until the ricotta is light and airy, about 2 minutes.
Transfer to an oven-safe dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned and hot.
Serve with toasted crusty bread.
