Easy Holiday Mashed Potatoes

Store-bought mashed potatoes, either frozen or from the cold case, can save precious time and effort during holiday meal prep. No one has to know you didn't peel, boil and mash the spuds yourself!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package store-bought mashed potatoes, cold or frozen

  • Butter

  • Chives, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Warm mashed potatoes in the microwave or on the cooktop according to package directions.

Transfer potatoes to a service dish, and top with butter. Sprinkle with chopped chives.
