INGREDIENTS
Jam and Brie Rolls

1 8-ounce Brie wheel with top rind removed and cut into 24 chunks

4 tablespoons cherry or apricot jam
Smokey Black Pepper Rolls

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded smoked mozzarella
- Black pepper
Herbed Butter Rolls

6 tablespoons salted butter, melted

1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage

1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
INSTRUCTIONS
Jam and Brie Rolls
Cut a small circle in the top of each roll. Add 1/2 teaspoon of jam. Add a piece of Brie and bake at 350 degrees F until warm, about 10 minutes.
Smoked Black Pepper Rolls
Slather the tops of the rolls evenly with mayonnaise. Add the cheese and sprinkle with black pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F until warm and cheese is golden and melted, about 12-15 minutes.
Herbed Butter Rolls
Combine the melted butter with the herbs, let sit 5 minutes. Using a pastry brush, slather the tops of the rolls with the herbed butter. Bake at 350 degrees F until warm and golden, about 10-12 minutes.
