Easy Holiday Rolls Three Ways

This holiday season, save some time and stress by using store-bought rolls and dressing them up with a few simple ingredients. Here are three yummy ways to turn store-bought rolls into half-homemade delights!

INGREDIENTS

Jam and Brie Rolls

  • 24 rolls

  • 1 8-ounce Brie wheel with top rind removed and cut into 24 chunks

  • 4 tablespoons cherry or apricot jam

 

Smokey Black Pepper Rolls

  • 24 rolls

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup shredded smoked mozzarella

  • Black pepper

 

Herbed Butter Rolls

  • 24 rolls

  • 6 tablespoons salted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage

  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme

INSTRUCTIONS

Jam and Brie Rolls

Cut a small circle in the top of each roll. Add 1/2 teaspoon of jam. Add a piece of Brie and bake at 350 degrees F until warm, about 10 minutes.

Smoked Black Pepper Rolls

Slather the tops of the rolls evenly with mayonnaise. Add the cheese and sprinkle with black pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F until warm and cheese is golden and melted, about 12-15 minutes.

Herbed Butter Rolls

Combine the melted butter with the herbs, let sit 5 minutes. Using a pastry brush, slather the tops of the rolls with the herbed butter. Bake at 350 degrees F until warm and golden, about 10-12 minutes.
