GARLICKY GREEN BEANS AND TOMATOES
Garlicky Green Beans and Tomatoes
This satisfying green bean side dish takes advantage of our new Roasted Green Bean mode.
4-6 Servings
10 minutes prep time, 14-16 minutes cook time
INGREDIENTS
12 ounces fresh green beans, washed and ends trimmed
10 ounces cherry or grape tomatoes
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 TBS olive oil
½ tsp kosher salt such as Diamond Crystal or ¼ tsp table salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place green beans on sheet pan.
- Slice tomatoes in half lengthwise and add to sheet pan
- Peel garlic and cut into slivers. Add to sheet pan.
- Add olive oil and salt.
- Toss to coat everything with oil and distribute in a single layer across the pan.
- Cook using “Roasted Vegetables Green beans” mode, following on-screen instructions for rack position placement.
- When timer expires, stir and check doneness. Green beans will still be crisp with a fresh flavor. If you prefer softer green beans use the “+1min” option to continue cooking until desired doneness is achieved.
- Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
