Holiday Madeleines
This quick holiday treat uses store-bought madeleines. Simply dip in white and dark chocolate and sprinkle with decorations.
12 Dipped Madeleines

INGREDIENTS
1 dozen madeleines
6 ounces white or dark chocolate (or both)
¼ cup dried cranberries, chopped
¼ cup pistachios, chopped
Holiday sprinkles
INSTRUCTIONS
Dip half of a store-bought madeleine cookies in melted white or dark chocolate on a diagonal.
Transfer them to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with chopped cranberries and pistachios or sprinkles and let dry.
