Smoked Cinnamon Apple Cider Bourbon Mule
Apple cider, bold bourbon and smoky cinnamon combine into an elevated drink that will make you feel like a pro bartender whipped it up just for you.

INGREDIENTS
1 cinnamon stick
2 oz. apple cider, chilled
1 teaspoon real maple syrup
2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. lemon juice
Opal ice
3 oz. ginger beer, chilled
INSTRUCTIONS
Take a fresh cinnamon stick and carefully run the tip over a hot flame.
Once the cinnamon stick is smoking a bit, place it on the plate (or wood plank) and place a cocktail glass over it so the smoke is trapped. Leave the glass like this until you are ready to pour in the cocktail.
In a cocktail shaker combine apple cider, maple syrup, lemon juice and bourbon. Shake to combine.
Remove glass from cinnamon stick. Fill to the rim with Opal ice. Pour in bourbon mixture. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a dried apple.
