Smoothies Four Ways
Toss a few delicious ingredients into a GE Appliances Blender, and you'll have a yummy, healthy treat. Avocado, chocolate, fruit... you'll find your favorite in these four smoothie recipes.

15 Minutes (each smoothie)
INGREDIENTS
Avocado Honey
3 avocados, diced and frozen
1 cup ice
3 cups milk or oat milk
1/2 cup honey
Chocolate Almond
4 chopped frozen bananas
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup almond butter
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk or oatmilk
2 tablespoon hemp hearts
Tropical
1 1/2 cups pineapple, chopped and frozen
4 bananas sliced and frozen
1 cup canned coconut milk
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 cup ice
Banana Berry
2 bananas chopped and frozen
2 cups frozen berries of choice
2 serving vanilla protein powder
2 cups milk or oatmilk
1 tablespoon bee pollen (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the ingredients for your favorite smoothie to the GE Appliance blender and blend on low to start and then increase the power until smooth.
